Larger than miniature, this one-off sculpted ceramic hare is finished in a tactile metallic glaze. Perfect for running your hands over her ears.

Hares are incredibly special creatures – they’re full of mystery and magic. Only chance, fleeting encounters in the dim light of mornings and evenings allow us a window into their world.

Designed to be held and loved, each hare starts as a lump of clay which I shape and form by hand, so they're each genuinely unique.

    Just like hares, our lives are always on the go – zig-zagging our way through life, avoiding the dangers and resting when we can.

    We should all take the time to stop and enjoy the wonders of the skies. Maybe on the cloudy nights, little hare reminds us that the stars are always shining whether we can see them or not – and that’s part of the magic of life.

    Frequently Asked Questions
    Is the one in the photo the same as the one I'll get?

    Yes. These are one of a kind sculptures.

    Do you use moulds?

    No, I start with a bag of solid clay and create a hollow form.

    Are they fragile?

    They're made from a high firing robust stoneware clay - it's important to me that they can be held and loved without worrying about damaging them.

    Can they be left outside?

    They can, but like any organic material they are susceptible to frost and freezing temperatures.
