There’s nothing I love more than cosying up on the sofa after a day of sculpting or glazing in the studio.
Some people love to curl up with a good book – I love to draw.
My tools are a stylus and pad – I love the freedom and relaxation they allow me.
Using these tools gives me a greater level of control – I can zoom in really close for details and use pastel effects without making a dusty mess.
Spend more time with the creatures we love - extend a fleeting moment to a permanent reminder on the wall you can look at and connect any time you want.
Inspired by the same encounters and sharing the same soul as my sculptures, the portraits are detailed and rich, whilst the sculptures are tactile and smooth.
Do you use any AI in your art?
Absolutely not.
My tools may be a digital stylus and pad but the painstaking line by line drawing techniques are the same as any physical medium.
Can I buy the original?
Each print IS an original.
Painting with a digital stylus and pad means that the image needs to be printed in order for it to come to life.
This differs from other artwork that needs to be scanned in first to be reproduced.
I'd like to frame it, what size do I need?
Just a standard frame for an A4 artwork. I would recommend you use one with an inner cardboard aperture to keep the print off the glass.
How are prints different to posters?
Prints are carefully created on a specialised printer individually here in the UK. They're colour and quality checked and printed with archival paper and inks.
Posters are mass-produced with cheap, often environmentally harmful materials often in factories abroad and will fade quickly.
Do you do different sizes?
At the moment the A4 size is the one that is available, but if you would like a quote for a different size then pop me an email to sarah@sarahbrabbin.com
When you give my work a home you're helping to look after wildlife.
